Update to Our No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Dear Clients,
We’ve noticed an increasing number of missed appointments without prior notice, including for scheduled surgeries. While we understand that unexpected changes can occur, missed appointments significantly impact our ability to provide timely care to others.
After careful consideration and discussion, we’ve made the decision to increase our no-show and late cancellation fee to $50.00, effective [insert date if needed]. This policy aligns with what many other medical professionals are currently implementing.
To avoid this fee, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another patient in need of care.
