Dr. Susan Connelly
Susan spent her youth in the Panhandle of Nebraska on the family ranch. In her teens she lived and worked on the family chicken and cattle farm with her parents in NW Arkansas, Fayetteville. She completed pre-vet studies at the University of Arkansas and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from LSU-SVM in 1989.
She has been employed in mixed animal practice (OK), Army Veterinary Corp (Robins AFB, GA), Emergency work( Warner Robins, GA), USDA-FSIS ( Huntsville, AR), High volume spay/neuter (NWAr), shelter medicine (NWAr) and now concentrates on small animal surgery/medicine. She has been married to her husband Paul since 1995 and has raised and homeschooled five wonderful children. Susan enjoys spending time with her family including four dogs and five cats, weekend BBQs, hiking, working on the farm, active participation in her faith and life activities.
